All I wish to say is that I was pleasantly surprised at your swift dedication to my untimely request - at midday on a Friday - for an urgent diagnosis & (if necessary) repair job. Inability to fit this work into your busy schedule would have derailed planned weekend celebrations in connection with my birthday. I needed to drive an hour to meet with family & there's no way I could have got there at all with the car performing the way it was. The damage to my car had been last-minute & completely unexpected. The repair job has turned out to be satisfactory & my weekend celebrations were a success.
